**Senior Finance Analyst** **Description** **JOB DESCRIPTION** + Preparation of monthly costing schedules by job and client + Cost allocation of inventory and labor for all jobs in production; + Variance analysis of inventory & recommendations for improvement; + Labor analysis by job of actuals against estimated; + Preparation of month end journals, reporting, analysis and commentary; + Assisting with budget preparation and rolling forecasts; and + Assisting with data entry and transactional activity where required\. + Monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliation\. + Assisting with the statutory financial audits and to submit the financial report to the authority within the approved statutory timeline\. + Assisting with the statutory corporate taxation & other tax related matters, and to submit the tax report to the authority within the approved statutory timeline\. + Assisting with the corporate internal audit matter and to complete the audit within the required timeline\. + Any other business requests as required by the management to suit business needs changes\. **Qualifications** **QUALIFICATIONS** + CPA and/or Bachelor Degree in Accounting\. MBA is preferred\. + Minimum of ten \(10\) years experience within a manufacturing or maintenance setting\. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work at a high level with workshop managers and the sales team in a busy environment with strict deadlines\. + Strong attention to detail with a high level of analytical skills\. + Proficient in the use of financial management software \(MYOB is in use\)\. Proficiency in SAP is also preferred\. + Proficient in the use of labor capture, inventory management, purchasing and warehousing software packages \(Quantum Control is in use\)\. + Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite\.
