Role DescriptionThe Snr Field Supervisor will complement the Field Manager in terms of providing in-field support in the areas of quality control, human resource, and morale support to the field teams. The Snr Field Supervisor will directly manage the interviewers and supervisors in field ensuring that data collection procedures and processes are adhered to. He / She shall be responsible for quality assurance from data collection by randomly picking and checking each interviewer’s work in comparison to their reports using the data quality dashboard, doing accompaniments, physical back checks and telephonic back checks. The Snr Field Supervisor will deploy findings acquired from trainings to improve quality and effect faster ways of checking data and communicating findings. The Snr Field Supervisor will cascade trainings and briefings to the rest of the team ensuring their knowledge is up to date and accurate.
Responsibilities:Fieldwork preparation: Check Project allocated, and interviews synced on an on-going basis and conduct quality checks according to procedure and process requirements.Briefing / Training & Facilitation: Assist the Field Manager with briefings to the field teams.Fieldwork Management: Ensure data collection monthly is according to the schedule.Client Service team relationship: Develop a good relationship with the CS teams and becoming a trusted partner.Accurate reporting on quality checks with prompt feedback to the affected persons or teams.Project management, coordination, and execution.Compiling reports and providing feedback as requiredEnsure timely delivery of projects reports.Role Requirements:2 years plus of research operations experience in the region.Knowledge & / or experience of regional Supervisor's jobProven experience in Infield Quality Controls: Telephonic back checks, Accompaniments and Physical Back Checks.Knowledge of Field processes.Good Communication SkillsExcellent Interpersonal Skills!Travel is essential, must be ready to travel within a very short notice.Proactive, Flexible and detail orientedAttained at least diploma level of learning.Uncompromising on quality, has foresight & clarity through turbulent times and holds them.Knowledge and use of CAPI data collection platforms/methodologies.Fluent in spoken and written English LanguageGDPR understanding.Technical Competencies Required:Relevant Degree / DiplomaKnowledge & experience of interviewingExperience in market research as:Fieldworker/Supervisor/FCMust be proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Microsoft excel, and Microsoft word.Fluency in written and spoken English language.Aptitude for report writing.Typing skills essentialWorking knowledge of:OutlookWordExcelPower PointAt Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
