Senior Field Operations Specialist

JOB PURPOSE 

The Senior Field Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing, managing, and facilitating day-to-day operations within the stores to ensure the brand's operational efficiency. He/she collaborates closely with various stakeholders, including brand managers. The role involves processing operational transactions in an efficient and timely manner. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Provide insights and recommendations to support brand managers in managing operations. 

Analyze key data such as KPIs, sales, and working hours to identify improvements and formulate action plans accordingly. 

Ensure timely issuance of all permits for commercial activities, adhering to applicable laws and regulations. 

Manage various commercial transactions, including Return to Vendor (RTV), Destruction, and Transfer to Outlet. Initiate payment requests related to the brand and actively follows up on payment processing by collaborating with the accounting team to address pending credit notes. 

Ensure adherence to company standards, brand and operational guidelines, and legal regulations. 

Monitor and assist in resolving shipment-related issues to ensure smooth deliveries. 

Remain updated on current market trends and best practices in the retail industry through continuous improvement and adaptability within the operational framework.

LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS 

 Language Proficiency 

Fluency in English. 

Technical Skills 

Proficiency in MS Office and shop/stock management tools. 

EDUCATION 

Bachelor's degree in a related field.  

EXPERIENCE 

Four to six years of experience in Retail, or a similar role.
