Senior Field Coordinator/Superintendent / HPM
Description

The Senior Field Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and managing Field Coordinators for multiple projects to ensure completion within approved budgets and schedule and within regulatory, environmental and health and safety requirements. This position acts as a liaison, communicating necessary information from the client and management into the field and keeping lines of communication open to the entire project team including the owner, architect, engineers and contractors. In this role you may be required to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities:  

Participate in QC building envelope drawing review.Ensure constructability review is produced and incorporated into the contract documents.Assist in establishing construction milestones to be incorporated into the preconstruction schedule.Ensure coordination of contractors onsite so work may be carried out smoothly, without interference or delay.Participate in Closeout Meeting between Architect/Engineer and Contractor.Collaborates with project leaders to ensure client satisfaction.Participate in business development activities.Ensure the compilation of the close out documents as required by contract documents.Work with the Project Manager to maintain business plans.Utilize software management tools to maintain all project documentation.Assist project team in reviewing contractor pay applications for percentage complete and material invoices for verification of fixed items vs. expendables.Attend Pre-Construction conference addressing site related issue/concerns to contractor.Assist in review of A/E drawings & specifications for constructability, logistics, and quality issues.Assist A/E and project team in defining limits of project, pedestrian safety plan, way finding signage, and construction lay down sites.Assist project team in developing each trades scope of work.Review Closeout Checklist with Project Manager for items needed from Contractor.Review all RFIs, RFI responses, and CORs for scope, constructability, schedule impact

Requirements:
 

Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred7-10 years of experience with on site management in new construction and large renovation projects requiredProficient in MS Office Suite and document management tools such as ProCore; scheduling software such as Suretrak/P6 or MS ProjectValid Driver's License required
