ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Facilities Manager with Hines, you will oversee the strategy and daily service delivery for your assigned site, including, take ownership of the facilities operations scope of work, oversee the building and equipment are properly working and fully functional, and provide response and coordination of resolution for specific requests. The role entails implementing operational strategies, managing profit and loss (P&L), and leading and optimizing team members effectively. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Account leadership:
Create and drive the account annual business plan to deliver high quality results and maximize value to the client and Hines.
Maintain effective communication on significant matters with and between all functional areas of the account team and the service delivery team.
Remain informed of industry trends and activities and bring innovations to the client and Hines; bring leading practices and/or innovations developed on the account to the firm.
Operations management
Oversee all site-based service delivery activities and operations.
Collect and analyze operational data to provide accurate reporting and insights for services, work order productivity, cost savings, and improvements for assigned sites.
Develop, manage, and monitor budget for assigned site.
Oversee facilities inspections.
Prepare site specific and aggregated reports.
Manage projects, complex requests, and multi-trade work orders.
Ensure work requests are recorded, processed correctly, and resolved within defined service levels.
Contract management
Oversee the implementation and superior delivery of all contracted deliverables.
Ensure the successful management of scope expansion and renewal activities.
Ensure fulfillment of vendor contracts as agent for the client and sets the tone and culture for the way Hines delivers services.
Client relationship management
Meet regularly with client partner to provide routine updates, resolve issues, and solicit feedback.
Interpret client needs and strategically identify new value-add services and opportunities.
Supports execution of client’s business through the development and execution of an Account Business Plan and Operating Budget.
Adhere to customer and internal reporting requirements.
Profit and loss management
Oversee account profit and loss and achievement of financial goals.Ensure that fixed compensation services are realized and variable compensation opportunities are maximized to improve business unit and company profitability.Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
