Position Summary:
This position is part of the Global Facilities (GF) APAC Operations & Maintenance Team. This role will mainly provide support for Facilities Operations at Manufacturing and related areas (e.g. warehouse, walk-in freezers and etc.) and also covers the repairs of the facility’s structure and equipment, including electrical, HVAC and etc.
The role will maintain databases for Facilities Operations & Maintenance function, assist with administrative functions for facilities and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) groups and coordinate PM’s, work requests, and vendors as needed. The person should be able to perform problem-solving skill independently and generate a simple root cause analysis (RCA) report.

Operation of Facilities equipmentPerform preventive and corrective maintenance of Facilities system when neededSupport on the Planning and Scheduling for Equipment/System PM Master ListSupport on the Liaising with Vendor for Scheduling of Equipment/System PM Master ListSupervising/execution of maintenance activities as per scheduleAttend to any interruptions at the manufacturing and other related areasResponse and troubleshoot operations/equipment issuesSupport all manufacturing and related areas, ensuring smooth operations and uphold environment safetySupport Improvement Projects and Facilities Change Control (FCC) when neededSupport to execute document changeExecute & closure of MMS work ordersMonitor Environmental parameters through Building Management System (BMS) & Environmental Management System (EMS)Monitor System/Equipment performance through Building Management System (BMS) & Environmental Management System (EMS)Attend to Out-of-Specification (OOS) scenarios at manufacturing and related areasExecute sensor calibration/verification tasksSupport all audits (Internal & External)Execute Daily Log RecordingSupport to review and revise equipment/system checklist periodicallyGenerate Log trending for Engineer to reviewAble to perform simple problem solving independentlyAble to generate simple root cause analysis reportAble to contribute to implement improvement actions in innovative and effective waySupport on establishing of Predictive Maintenance base Life Cycle Management planSupport on Identifying, Procuring and managing of critical spares for Equipment/SystemAble to support on the Annual Plant Shutdown activity executionAd hoc assignment by SupervisorListed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position. Preferred Experience/Education/Skills:
