Come join the Risk Operations in our Fintech Business Unit as a Learning and Development Facilitator. Delivers training programs, workshops and classes. Manages the classroom through effective facilitation processes that enable efficient delivery of curriculum and a training environment conducive to learning

Partners with Training managers to identify and close organizational performance gaps specific to supported areas Provides coaching, mentoring, and informal leadership to other trainers Teaches other trainers and non-trainers to deliver well-defined training programs. Mentors / coaches other individuals delivering workshops Partners with instructional designers during needs analyses to analyze new or redesigned workshops and provides input and feedback after course is delivered Works flexible hours to support delivery of workshops which exceed the typical workday Travels at least 25-50% of the time
