Senior Executive Talent Partner, Commercial

As a Senior Commercial Executive Talent Partner, you hold a pivotal role in driving our company's success by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier commercial leadership talent. Your position within the Executive Talent Solutions team requires close collaboration with senior leadership to discern and address our organization's strategic commercial talent needs effectively. Your primary objective is to recruit senior commercial leaders who can boldly set strategy and assemble exceptional teams across our portfolio of operating companies. This involves developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies that fuse external recruitment with internal talent development initiatives, all while ensuring an inclusive and exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Partner with business leadership to drive commercial talent strategies for our President, President Feeder, and key commercial roles across our Operating Companies.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders throughout the recruitment process, managing the entire lifecycle of executive recruitment from strategic sourcing and candidate screening to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.

Develop and execute innovative commercial talent attraction strategies tailored to build a diverse pool of executive-level candidates, emphasizing both external recruitment and internal talent.

Cultivate and manage commercial functional talent pipeline, utilizing a variety of sourcing methodologies, tools, and systems to continuously deliver best-in-class talent while meeting funnel health metrics.

Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and hiring managers, to understand their talent requirements and provide strategic guidance aligned with business objectives.

Drive and optimize recruitment processes and strategies, leveraging data analytics to enhance search outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with operating company and business leaders to translate market insights into actionable strategies that drive competitive advantage and business growth.

Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on executive talent acquisition matters, providing guidance, support, and thought leadership to internal stakeholders and hiring teams.

Demonstrate leadership across the Integrated Talent COE and provide mentorship and guidance for new team members.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience leading senior-level and commercial executive searches, with a strong understanding of how to assess and attract transformative leadership talent.

· Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred—ideally within complex, multi-entity or private equity-backed environments.

· Demonstrated success operating as a trusted talent advisor to senior executives, with strong consultative and influencing skills.

· Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.

· Deep expertise in executive recruiting tools and processes (e.g., sourcing strategies, compensation trends, candidate experience).

· Familiarity with modern ATS and CRM systems; Thrive experience a plus.

· Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.

Bonus or Equity
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 111,500.00 - 207,100.00
