Senior Executive Assistant with English

Your key responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant you will play a crucial role in a business by being ‘’right-hand person’’ of key company executives with tasks as:
• Calendar management (scheduling meetings, conference and video calls),
• Preparing presentations and reports,
• Preparing agenda and meeting minutes,
• Travel and Expenses arrangement for your Directors / Partners
• Understanding and recognizing the business needs of Senior Management representatives,
• Close collaboration with colleagues in Poland and other countries
• Various administrative and ad-hoc tasks
Skills and attributes for success
• You are fluent in English language (C1 level)
• 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in administrative support / client support
• You enjoy performing various administrative tasks
• Excellent communications and organizational skills with people of all levels of the firm
• You are very proactive and open-minded
• You can work as individual contributor and within a team
• You possess a very good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within deadlines
Ideally, you’ll also have
• Ability to self-educate and seek additional knowledge
• Experience in organizing and hosting events and visits
• ability to work under time pressure
