Your Career

This role will provide dedicated administrative support to the President of North America and provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization and PANW.

Your Impact

Provide sophisticated calendar management with appropriate attention to detail, and prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts - make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagementsConserve the Executive’s time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advanceThink proactively and prioritize workCoordinate and be present at most meetings, special events such as off-sites, celebrations, and team-building activitiesExpert in coordinating all travel arrangements and itinerariesManaging and reconciling expense reports and purchase requisitionsCoordinate and manage content collection and contribution for weekly updates, presentations, meetings, and communicationsManage special projects for and with ExecutiveAbility to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executiveBe responsive to emails/texts/IM/phone calls, with outside normal business hoursUse discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle Senior level mattersRepresent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgmentWork closely with the executive to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately

Your Experience

10+ years of experience working at an Executive Assistant level supporting SVP & C - level leadershipB.S./B.A degree or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience nice to haveExhibits confidence, composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasksExpert knowledge of Google Suite applications a plusTeam player with a positive attitudeAbility to work independently and proactivelyOutstanding attention to detail and dedication to faultless execution on tasks along with an eye for the smallest details and their impact on the larger visionExpert coordinating commercial, domestic and international travelBackground in senior level support with capacity to navigate, digest, and make decisions effectivelyExperience working with Executives and important customers and partnersStrong business sense and can decipher priorities and make excellent judgment calls when neededDedication to excellence - perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent temperament to work with sensitive informationService focus - dedicated to meeting the expectations of the supporting leader/sComfortable working across many different time zonesProactive approach to recognizing needs, anticipating issues, and solving problemsAbility to think creatively, function independently and work proactively in a fast-paced environmentHandle complexity and demands with a sense of urgency, drive and passionExperience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company informationMaintain open communication with the broader cross functional organization and peer assistants to share best practices and build a strong network

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $101,000/yr to $163,200/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
