As the Sr Executive Administrative Assistant, you will (i) provide comprehensive administrative support to KDP’s Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, (ii) plan, coordinate and execute activities and events across the Legal Department, and (iii) assist with activities of KDP’s Board of Directors. You will work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations around responsiveness and time-sensitivity, exercise superb judgment in proactively prioritizing work, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion while performing a full range of administrative duties.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Provide full administrative and organizational support to the CLO. Proactively and effectively manage and prioritize CLO time and create efficiencies, including but not limited to schedule management, travel arrangements, expense/invoice management and event/meeting planning.Create and edit presentations and assist with content management for range of departmental, senior leader and Board meeting setting.s Track deadlines, summarize key issues, act decisively and otherwise serve as confident partner to CLO for maximum efficiency and output.Support the CLO and Corporate Secretary team in the planning and coordination of KDP Board meetings.Support the CLO and Legal Leadership Team with all Legal Department meetings and activities (e.g., annual in-person Summit, quarterly town hall meetings, bi-monthly Lunch & Learn meetings, local team gatherings, etc.). This will include agenda / presentation preparation, logistics and follow-up on action items.Handle sensitive nonpublic information with the utmost discretion, ensuring confidentiality at all times.Prepare, edit and organize sensitive documents, contracts, presentations and correspondence.Maintain accurate records, files and deliverables in compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., quarterly Audit Letters and Controller’s Questionnaire submission).Build and maintain high level of collaboration/partnership with other administrative staff across the organization and Executive Leadership Team for mutual success.Manage Legal team-related inquiries and serve as key departmental point of contact.Support special projects and initiatives within the Legal Department, providing support to other key members of Legal team and coordinating efforts with other departments as necessary.Carry out any other task that may support the function or its members.Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.
