What this job involves:

You will be part of our Sustainability Strategy Consultancy team responsible for the Sustainable Building Performance, Design and Certification portfolio.

Contribute to the overall success of our Sustainability Strategy Consultancy team through:

Leading and delivering work to support a number of Sustainable Building client programmes or projects, including: Green Star certification support (performance, interiors and buildings), WELL certification, tenant relationship representative, sustainable building design guidelines, asset level sustainability strategies Ensuring positive professional relationships with colleagues and clients and the effective delivery of sustainability services to time and budget.Working in a rigorous manner to deliver accurate, high quality, engaging and client-ready outputs, including submissions, reports, presentations, workshops and analytical models.Providing ideas and feedback to support on-going development and improvement of the methodologies, models and frameworks which we use to support delivery of services to clients.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (e.g. architecture, building services, building certification)Strong and demonstrable experience working with Green Star Performance and/or Experience using Green Star Interiors rating tools and delivering WELLExcellent attention detailProject management skillsThis is a client-facing role, so you will be required to have strong communication and interpersonal skills
