Private Equity Infrastructure Opportunity. Invest in Real Assets through a sustainability lens!
Siemens Financial Services Equity co-invests equity in infrastructure and growth companies globally. Investment themes include renewables, distributed energy, vehicle electrification ecosystem, public transportation, data infrastructure, food resilience, and health care access.
Director and Senior Equity Investment Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and Solutions Team Head for the Americas Region and will lead deal teams and drive value creation efforts for existing Portfolio Companies.
Preferred locations for this position would be New York or Boston.
You will make an impact by:
Serving as portfolio company board member and providing strategic input to executive management Leading all value creation activities and transactions, including follow-on investments, restructuring activities, and divestments Leading portfolio company financial and operating performance monitoring and analysis Leading communication with internal stakeholders of all internal reporting requirements Maintaining complex project models, including preparation of project valuations supported by defensible inputs during deal due diligence and asset management phases Ensuring compliance with internal policies and guidelines for all due diligence and asset management activities Continuous development of regional US, Canadian and LATAM market and regulatory knowledgeYour success is grounded in having these qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is required. 10+ years minimum experience in infrastructure and growth investing (private equity/project & structured finance/mergers & acquisitions) 5+ years leading deals and deal teams 5+ years of broad restructuring, distressed or special situation expertise You must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Engineering. Expert project management faculty, strong written and verbal communication capabilities, and analytical and critical reasoning aptitude Proficiency in project management and financial modeling Ability to build relationships, work in a team environment with limited supervision, and demonstrate initiative and tenacity completing workstreams with short deadlines Willingness to travel, including internationally and on short noticeWe offer you:

The pay range for this position is $206,780- $354,480 with an annual target incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
