**Job Description**
_This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 2-3 per week averaging 10-12 days per month._
**Job Summary:**
This associate will be the core resource responsible for full Commvault systems life cycle and responsible for designing, automating, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications and modules on the Commvault/Metallic platforms delivered on time and within budget. Manage complex problems independently and demonstrates analytical thinking, to make judgements and recommendations based on the analysis and interpretation of data.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Supporting applications and modules on the Commvault/Metallic platforms
+ Provide fault isolation and resolution for complex challenges to limit and address issues promptly.
+ Deliver digital solution architecture services as assigned, preparing conceptual and logical architecture diagrams to align technical direction and document future-state architectures.
+ Document "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.
+ Discuss and recommend technical developments and supporting infrastructure to better meet users’ needs.
+ Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
+ Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
+ Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
