Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide IT architectures, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and security. + Develop and refine the organization's baseline and target architecture to align with strategic and operational goals. + Identify design gaps in existing systems and propose enhancements to optimize performance and compliance. + Collaborate with technical teams to guide the integration of systems, data, and applications across a hybrid IT environment. + Ensure adherence to federal regulations, cybersecurity standards, and best practices in all architecture designs. + Oversee cloud migration efforts, integrating cloud-based and on-premises solutions to meet the agency's mission. + Conduct impact assessments for new technologies and recommend solutions to advance system capabilities. + Provide comprehensive documentation of architecture models, system designs, and operational workflows for stakeholders. Required Skills / Experience: + Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, DoDAF, or Zachman. + Proficiency in designing and managing hybrid IT environments, including AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms. + Hands-on experience with system integration, data architecture, and cybersecurity compliance. + Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
