As an EPM, you will oversee critical initiatives focused on improving advertiser and user experiences, launching new products, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to craft technical strategies, collaborate with engineers on system design, and lead cross-functional efforts that solve sophisticated challenges. **Description** Our team is seeking a seasoned Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to drive the successful delivery of high-impact Finance, Billing, and regulatory projects across a fast-paced, cross-functional organization. In this role, you will lead project planning, prioritization, and execution of engineering initiatives that are critical to business growth. You’ll collaborate with EPM, engineering, and product teams to define technical requirements, dependencies, and deliver key milestones; and ensure resiliency and stability of your projects by proactively identifying risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies, and driving issues to closure. With strong communication skills, you’ll keep stakeholders informed on project progress and key updates, ensuring alignment with business priorities. You’ll drive quarterly planning ensuring alignment between the annual plan, ad-hoc requests, and organization goals. Understanding that project delivery is a team effort you will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and dependent teams. **Minimum Qualifications** + 8+ years of demonstrated ability managing complex, cross-functional projects in a large engineering organization accountable for the development and deployment of applications and services at Apple scale. + Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence at all levels, including executive leadership. + Self-motivated, independent, proactive, and organized with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities. Can quickly triage/prioritize issues and lead cross-functional teams under pressure. + Familiarity with long lead time projects, phase management, oversight, and leadership through the entire project lifecycle. + Ability to network and foster relationships to ensure tight alignment on program goals and expedite issue resolution. **Preferred Qualifications** + Familiarity with Billing, Finance, and Accounting systems and principles. + Experience leading engineering programs within advertising technology or related industries. + Experience managing projects involving multiple integrations, stakeholders, and systems. + Familiarity with Apple’s ecosystem and internal engineering processes, with experience driving cross-functional planning and execution at scale.
