PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Engineer Subject Matter Expert providing oversight and guidance to engineering managers and staff.Develop ongoing training programs, identifying and developing additional training processes where necessary to consistently improve overall team skill levels.Co-responsible for compliance of all regulatory laws and guidelines as they relate to the operation of any of the building’s equipment and/or systems along with mandatory health and safety training.Overall Technical responsibility of facilities service delivery and engineering operationsTo manage comprehensive engineering and facilities management services. To achieve financial and other KPIs established by the client and regional team. Delivery of services in accordance with the client’s Management Agreement SLA.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for site facilities engineering operationsEstablish Engineering & Operational procedures and roll out for site staffResponsible for delivery of services in accordance with the client’s Management SLAEnsure compliance with all governmental regulationsThe single point of technical issue for FM at the site.Implement the energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilitiesManaging all contract vendors to carries out technical audits/ maintenance for all installation as scheduleDevelop of technical service standardInitiate planning of Critical Environment procedureProvide solutions for technical issueInitiate a system to measure the quality of performance on a monthly basisInitiate Preventive Management ProgramResponsible for Early involvement in Facilities Operation and provide advisory service during Site Inspection and Project DevelopmentSolution Provision for minor projects and coordinating with contractors/vendors from initiation to completionManagement and supervision of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance on engineering systems via system vendors or JLL technician teamManagement of parts inventory and life cycle replacementMaintenance of as-fitted drawing and O&M manualAssist to complete the client/JLL audits on engineering systems and servicesEstablishment and implementation of engineering budgetsOperate CMR and BMR ticketsOrganize power downsCommunicate with the BMO/ Landlords for building issues for the client’s operations and interests24 x 7 emergency call support and site attendance as requiredPreparing incident reportsAssist monthly FM report

REQUIREMENTS

University degree or professional qualification in engineeringOver 5 years practical experience in facilities maintenance operationsExperience of engineering systems troubleshootingAbility to think laterally and deliver innovative solutionsStrong interpersonal, decision-making and people skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsFluent spoken & written EnglishFluent spoken & written local languageIT literate
