Job Responsibilities :

1. Lead security tasks, develop strategies, and mentor junior engineers.
2. Manage security analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and
reviews.
3. Oversee security operations, including monitoring and incident
response.
4. Collaborate with teams to ensure security of systems, networks, and
data.
5. Conduct security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate
risks.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry
standards.
7. Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for
employees.
8. Prepare and present security reports to senior leadership.

Education Requirement :

B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE preferable)

Experience Requirement :

7 - 12 years

Skills & Competencies :

1. Advanced technical skills in information security.
2. In-depth knowledge of network security, application security, and
data protection.
3. Experience with regulatory compliance and data protection standards
such as GDPR, HIPAA.
4. Expertise in incident response, security monitoring, and
vulnerability management.
5. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple
priorities.
6. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills.
8. Experience with advanced security tools and practices.
9. Strategic thinking and planning skills.
