Considering your next engineering role?   Our client is a growing, a leading provider of refractory services, is seeking to hire a Sr. Refractory Engineer to analyze refractory applications, develop solutions, and provide technical expertise to their customers. This role involves project management, customer site assessments, and strong collaboration with sales teams.   Responsibilities: Customer site assessments, estimating and proposal development, application development, project planning and execution, technical expertise, and problem-solving. (note: this position will be client facing - it's not a 'sales' role, but there will be client interaction)   Requirements:  B.S. in Engineering (Ceramic, Materials Science, or Mechanical preferred) 5+ years of experience in the refractory industry Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. Willingness to travel to client sites   A valid driver's license    Competitive salary ($90,000 - $140,000 + 10% bonus) and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
