The Loyalty team is responsible for the strategic planning, development and execution of our MileagePlus programs and the associated partnership development and marketing

Job overview and responsibilities

Exciting opportunity to be a part of a best-in-class product engineering team to build a new product from the best and largest airline. The Senior AdTech Engineer designs, develops, and maintains advertising technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration with various platforms. Responsibilities include optimizing ad delivery, implementing targeting mechanisms, and knowing the latest industry trends to improve the efficiency of digital advertising campaigns. Strong programming skills, knowledge of ad-serving technologies, and the ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams are important for success in this role.

Translate product strategy and requirements into suitable, maintainable and scalable solution design according to existing architecture guardrailsHave a comprehensive view of how an engineering solution contributes and ties into the defined business outcomes; provide options for how the solution could be evolved to provide even more valueUse an experimental mentality to identify, evaluate and recommend alternative design options which take target environment, performance security requirements and existing systems into accountDrive testing and deployment of software solutions, including ensuring automated testing to ensure solution qualityIdentify and share best practices with other teams as well as produce necessary documentation

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).Knowledge of relevant ad Tech standards and protocols (VAST, VPAID, OpenRTB).Familiarity with data analytics tools for performance monitoring and optimization.
