Job Description
Monitors and supports highly critical and highly available health system infrastructure, which support the systems applications. Collaborates with senior engineering, network/data center operations, project management and service desk staff to provide operational support of assigned systems within established timelines.
Job Responsibility
Develops and maintains infrastructure within the area of expertise. Develops, recommends, implements, and evaluates approved policies and procedures (and updates) relating to the supported infrastructure. Coordinates and provides technical assistance, and software upgrades for supported infrastructure. Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action. Performs related duties as required. Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
