Senior Electrical Engineer (Brisbane, QLD)
We're seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our client in Brisbane (EPCM) to be working on various mineral processing studies and projects! This will be a 12-months initial contract, with a view to convert to permanent staff. The role will be based in Brisbane office (Brisbane CBD), Monday – Friday office hours. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing electrical & instrumentation designs & calculations for LV and MV, MCC, switchrooms, switchgears, etc.  Specification and technical document writing Assist with project delivery outcomes such as scheduling, cost control and procurement activities. Although this position is based in Brisbane CBD, there may be short periods of onsite work to support construction, commissioning or operating plant activities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Electrical/Controls Engineering Degree (recognised by Engineers Australia)  Minimally 5 years of relevant working experience with mineral processing or mining projects, ideally with site exposure.  Experience with power system and LV/MV design. ETAP software proficiency is advantageous  Experience in stages of project development and delivery (studies, engineering & construction, commissioning) is highly advantageous! Current Australian working rights – Citizen / PR or Eligible Visa
