Your expertise in Autodesk ACC Configuration Deployment and strong PC skills will be essential in this role. This is an office-based position located in Los Gatos, California, with a standard 5-day work week. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Leadership & Guidance:** Provide technical guidance to document control staff, prioritize and monitor workloads, and establish clear work standards and goals. + **Support & Coordination:** Resolve non-routine help desk issues, provide on-demand services to project managers and team leads, and create customized electronic libraries in SharePoint. + **Resource Management:** Identify and coordinate document control resources, serve as a liaison to client counterparts, and maintain electronic documentation and project libraries. + **Quality Assurance:** Perform quality checks on processed documents, provide orientation and training to new hires, and conduct informal training sessions on software tools and resources. + **Project Management:** Establish document control responsibilities for project start-up and close-out, and support daily operations and help desk traffic. **Qualifications:** + **Education & Experience:** High school diploma (or equivalent) with 12 years of related work experience, including 8 years in document controls.
