The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Senior Document Control Coordinator role will make an impact:
Management of the Document Coordinator activities in the GDD Document Management Systems supporting the implementation of the GDD QMS and Program Delivery through
The review and release of new and modified documentation in Documentum
Focus on continuously improving the GDD implementation of the Global policies for documentation management system expectations – inclusive of rolled out enterprise system upgrades and local implementation of same.
Providing SME technical support on the document management system to the GDD Team
Ensuring Good Documentation Practices are communicated clearly in the organisation, understood, and adhered to, through for example establishing training materials and providing associated training to GDD.
Managing and reporting on associated GDD Quality objectives / metrics - e.g. compliance with training metric, and generation of data for input to monthly objectives reports and into Management Review
Supporting the ongoing continuous improvement of Document Control processes / procedures in accordance with department and company goals
Management, coordination, and issuance of “Controlled Documentation” and documentation of external origin
POC for the coordination of the removal and archiving of documents and records in line with Global Viatris and local GDD policies and procedures.
POC for the training process within GDD as it relates to induction/on-boarding and delivery of refresher training as required, the maintenance of the training management system (My Uni) and monitoring of the training process.
Support the general development and improvement of the GDD Quality System through participation in and/or management of CAPA, Internal Audit program, complaints, trending and training, while also complete cross-training on these processes to build additional resource capabilities within DDA
Support third party inspections and audits backroom in respect of audit record management activities, and front room SME for GDP
Support activities as per business requirements
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent)
2-4 years of experience in similar role.
However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
