Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With around 255 branches and automated banking centres, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products to our valued customers.

We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Senior Distribution Innovation and Experience Manager.

Principal responsibilities

Works with the Department Head in formulating strategies to reshape Branch channel incorporating technology and working with innovation partnersAccountable for leading new technology or streamlining projects, implementation, review and successful rollout at BranchFocuses on revamping customer experience in key journeys at BranchAccountable for branch and customer feedback on operational effectiveness and efficiency and in carrying out streamlining projects to cater to those feedbacksAnalysis and interpretation of customer footprint and behavior at Branch to understand customer patterns for designing better customer journeysPlan and execute counter transaction migration initiatives to drive servicing transactions to automated channels
