Job Details:
SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll for up to 300 Tyson Private Fleet Drivers. The typical shift for this role is M-F 0730-1630 and candidate is expected to be on time. In the event of disruptions, candidate must be flexible with shift. Work environment is fast paced, candidate must be able to multi-task including communications via: phone, email, LME (dispatch software), and instant messaging. Other responsibilities include; POD sourcing, data entry, and various other administrative tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
Education: HS diploma or equivalent
Experience: Not required, but preferred
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, MS Office knowledge required (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Bilingual a plus.
Travel: N/A
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Special Skills: Patience, Conflict-Resolution
