General Summary
Lead and drive strategic planning and operational excellence across a broad range of responsibilities, including fiscal year planning, regular operational reviews, team culture development, staff communications, and management processes. Organize and execute all staff and leadership meetings, ensuring they are thoughtfully structured, impactful, and aligned with the organization’s priorities. Serve as a strategic advisor to the Executive Team, providing guidance on operational efficiency, resource management, fiscal planning, and group strategy. Direct report to the Senior Vice President, Chief Philanthropy Officer, Senior Associate Dean.

Leadership Support
Provide strategic support to the Executive Team (e.g., SVP, VP, AD), ensuring alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values.Act as a key liaison between Executive Team and internal/external stakeholders to foster collaboration across departments and campus-wide entities, with focus on the areas of leadership-driven initiatives, prospect development, database integrity, and organizational performance frameworks.Liaise and build relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally, to enhance engagement around philanthropic initiatives.Anticipate the needs of the Executive Team, providing updates on project progress and proactively removing roadblocks to maintain momentum.Ensure timely involvement of the Executive Team in key decision-making processes where their leadership and authority are essential.Support the preparation of presentations and materials for staff workshops, retreats, conferences, and organization-wide meetings.Organize and prioritize critical issues and key information for the Executive team to facilitate efficient decision making.Support the Executive Team in fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with Executive Team to set key performance indicators to measure and improve department performance. Identify areas of improvement across the organization and make actionable recommendations to improve service delivery to the Dean and President/CEO.Maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Strategic Planning and Execution

Lead and oversee critical projects, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and are delivered on time.Manage special projects assigned by the Executive Team, coordinating cross-functional efforts and tracking progress against key milestones.Facilitate productive meetings, leadership sessions, and both virtual and in-person meetings with well-prioritized agendas that align with business goals and objectives.Manage incoming requests for data, information, and meetings, ensuring efficient organization and responsiveness.Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsEducation and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.10 years’ progressively responsible experience in a strategic and operational role within a mid-sized non-profit organization.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing strategic initiatives at an enterprise level.5 years’ progressively responsible leadership experience in roles preferably within philanthropy, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors.Education and Experience (Preferred)
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
