Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Director of India Data Center SSD to lead our SSD development functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in storage firmware, extensive experience in data center development, and a proven track record of working in a global environment. This role requires exceptional collaboration and innovation skills to drive the development and delivery of cutting-edge SSD products.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all SSD development functions, including Firmware (FW), Validation, Product Development Leadership (PDT), system, and Hardware (HW). Lead the delivery of Data Center SSD products and support customer qualifications. Manage central SSD functions such as FW simulator, automation, validation frameworks, customer software tools, and debug development tools.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of storage firmware (FW).Extensive experience with all data center development functions.Proven experience working in a global geo environment.Strong people leadership, technical, collaboration and innovation skills.10+ years technical experience in industry
