Senior Director Finance - Ambulatory Pharmacy and 340B; Mount Sinai Health System; Full Time; Days
**Job Description** The Senior Director Finance - Ambulatory Pharmacy and 340B is a senior finance leader and a key member of the leadership team within pharmacy finance. Key constituents include the SVP Chief Pharmacy Officer, health system owned retail and specialty pharmacy leadership, 340B leadership, and site-based Finance Directors. Success will be dependent on an ability to leverage matrixed resources inside and outside of Finance to drive strong business results. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business + MBA and or MS in Finance/Analytics + 6+ years of finance and or financial analytics experience including support of an operations leader + 2+ years of leadership experience + Demonstrated ability to build relationships with and positively influence operations leaders + Ability to synthesize financial and operating data into concise and actionable information for financial and non-financial users + 3+ years of healthcare finance experience + Pharmacy Finance and Accounting Experience preferred Non-Bargaining Unit, 600 - HSO Pharmacy - MSH, Mount Sinai Hospital **Responsibilities** 1. Take ownership for all financial aspects of Ambulatory (Retail and Specialty) Pharmacy and 340B Financial operations and performance including month end close, budget, and core FP&A functions. 2. Facilitate performance management and strategic finance of Ambulatory Pharmacy and the340B Program while supportively collaborating with the business owners. 3. Lead business development and business planning for service line growth and expansion, leveraging internal and external resources. 4. Collaborate with Ambulatory Pharmacy leaders, service line leaders, physicians and others to analyze, model and implement new business opportunities to maximize system financial performance. 5. Be a leader in driving income improvements for Ambulatory Pharmacy and 340B Program results. 6. Lead financial and coordinate operational aspect of Ambulatory Pharmacy planning and forecasting processes. 7. Help deploy and monitor Mount Sinai Ambulatory Pharmacy and 340B Finance internal controls, including policies, procedures and practices. 8. Collaborate with Corporate FP&A, Finance, and Accounting teams on regular basis. 9. The salary range for the role is $169095 - $253643 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
