Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior role with sales and technical expertise to join our organization’s AI & Solutions department. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling strategic clients, leading on the development of new partnerships, alongside with providing expertise and guidance on the best routes to market for Foundever’s AI products. They will be reporting directly to our Chief AI Officer and our SVP of Solutions EMEA/US. The role requires an individual with excellent sales skills and technical knowledge, capable of handling complex projects and nurturing high-value relationships with clients.
Primary Job Responsibilities Pitch and sell the company's AI products and solutions to strategic clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities. Work closely with the Chief AI Officer and the COO and CTO to coordinate and support client engagements. Applying leading Solutions practices and assisting other local solutions team better adapt its approach with AI Solutions in development of compelling, fully integrated, CX proposals. Lead technical presentations and demonstrations of our products and solutions to clients, to focus on communicating the benefits of our solutions. Act as a subject matter expert on the company's AI products and solutions and keep up to date with industry trends and developments. Build compelling and comprehensive financial proposal and pricing approaches for our RFP/Bid management teams. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance and client feedback. Experience 6+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales and partnership targets, imperatively in a tech-related environment. Technical knowledge of AI and software solutions is a must. Skills/Abilities/Kinowledge Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to coach and work with local & regional team members.
