Senior Director, US Marketing, Tislelizumab Customer Enterprise Team

The Senior Director, Customer Enterprise, US Marketing will build and lead the customer enterprise marketing function responsible for developing and executing essential customer strategies and tactics that support the launch of BeiGene’s oncology products within the US.  The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders, including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, Commercial Operations and Business Analytics.  Essential Functions of the job: Serve as an active member of the US BeiGene Oncology Marketing Leadership Team.Lead the development and implementation of thought leader engagement strategies to support the US commercialization of BeiGene’s solid tumor oncology portfolio, including the US launch of tislelizumab.Collaborate with strategy and promo marketing teams to align on commercial strategy, priorities and brand vision.Lead and develop a Customer Enterprise team of home office and field-based regional marketers supporting US launch of tislelizumab and BeiGene’s oncology portfolio.Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Commercial Operations and Business Analytics to ensure alignment of BeiGene’s US commercialization strategy.Develop and deliver of thought leader metrics/KPIs and tools that inform and measure key customer strategies and tactics.Lead promotional sponsorships and key customer engagement at relevant medical conferences.Develop and lead peer-to-peer content and programing including product theaters and other conference promotional education.Development and execution of commercial advisory board plan in coordination with medical affairsContribute actively on all key marketing deliverables including QBR, brand/tactical planning, LRR, CRR, and other internal meetings.Build strong partnerships with external customers and partners and influence commercial strategy with external partners and customers.Demonstrate marketing thought leadership and represent BeiGene at key meetings, conferences, and functions, etc.Lead prioritization and management of timelines and budgets for all customer enterprise activitiesExhibit deep clinical expertise within brand team to support strategy development and execution with customers.Drive business results, culture and people initiatives aligned with BeiGene mission.Ensure that all marketing activities conform to company guidelines and local laws.Coach and develop team members to achieve both business and individual objectives.Required Education:BA/BS degree required; or advanced degree (e.g. MBA, PhD) preferred.Required Qualifications:BA/BS with 12 plus years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience (including sales, finance, forecasting, market research, etc.), or an MA/MS/MBA with 8 plus years, or a PhD/PharmD with 6 plus years of experience.5 plus years of experience as a marketing leader in Oncology with experience in GI and/or Lung Cancers highly preferred.2 plus years of people management experience.Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience required.Experience in highly competitive markets and global and/or international experience preferred.Strong team player who can incorporate input from others and can generate consensus through inclusion.Highly skilled in influencing cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders and with scientific and commercial teams.Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.Proven ability to grow and develop others.Supervisory Responsibilities:  YesComputer Skills:   PC, including MS Office Suite.Travel: At least 40%.

Salary Range: $195,000.00 - $265,000.00 annually

BeiGene is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.  Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
