POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Talent Strategy Development: Formulate and implement a global talent management strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, emphasizing leadership and personal development.Managerial Capability Building: Develop and execute programs to enhance managerial skills at all levels, fostering effective leadership and team performance.Process Integration: Standardize and integrate end-to-end talent processes across all regions, ensuring seamless incorporation into existing platforms, particularly Workday.Performance Management: Oversee the planning and development of the global Performance management program, including goal setting training and completion, mid-year and annual performance review cycles, overseeing the calibration process and enforcement of the performance rating distribution model, and ensuring the completion of the program compliance.Performance Management and Incentive Alignment: Oversee the enhancement of performance management systems and integrate them with the new annual bonus plan to drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.Succession Planning and Talent Reviews: Establish and manage robust succession planning & talent reviews frameworks to identify and develop future leaders within the organization and create talent awareness and development opportunities.Learning and Development: Design and implement learning initiatives focused on leadership and personal growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning.Internal Mobility: Create and promote mechanisms that facilitate internal talent movement, ensuring career development opportunities and optimal talent utilization.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of two direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Budget Management: Strategically manage a lean budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in talent management required, inclusive of at least 5 years in a leadership roleDemonstrated experience in developing and implementing global talent strategies is required.Proficiency with Workday (preferred) or similar Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.Strong understanding of succession planning, performance management, and learning and development best practices is required.Experience in designing and implementing managerial development programs is preferred.Proven track record of integrating performance management systems with incentive plans.Exceptional leadership and team development skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Creative problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to challenges.Proven ability to work in a global, highly matrixed organization at a senior level, strong leadership and influencing skills is required.Certifications on personality and leadership assessment tools such as Hogan, DISC, Success Insights is preferred.

Languages

Fully fluent English mandatory – another language such as Spanish, French or German is a plus.

Travel requirement

The position may periodically require some level of travel within the US, and potentially overseas.
