Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships
Aon is looking for - Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships located - (Virtual anywhere in the US) Aon Consumer Benefit Solutions is looking for a Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships and Advisory. Aon is in the business of better decisions Consumer Benefit Solutions is one of the fastest growing business units within Aon Health Solutions growing in double digits continuously over the last 3 years. We specialize in Product Consulting, Communications Consulting, Counselor Solutions and Enrollment Technology to support our clients and consumers. We touch over 3 million consumers educating and helping them enroll in Benefits accounting for over 200 million in premiums. Overview + We are seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships within Consumer Benefit Solutions responsible for managing key relationships, executing on strategic plans, and supporting advisory events. This role reports to the VP of Strategic Partnerships and Advisory Principal Responsibilities: + Owns multiple direct partner relationships + Works with leadership to define Aon’s Strategic Partnership goals and objectives for each partner + Manage standard SLAs and scorecard for Aon to measure the health of key partnerships + Reports quarterly pipeline, results and client satisfaction for all defined partnerships + Responsible for partner contract details including NDA, term, SLA and financials + Stays up to date on market trends that impact client needs related to BenAdmin services and communicate with internal teams for awareness + Uses existing data and Aon relationships to identify potential opportunities + Works with Consumer Benefit Solutions team to track and manage BenAdmin capabilities determined through RFP process and client feedback + Track, plan and budget our attendance strategy for key partner and industry events + Communicates with 3rd Parties throughout a given event + Partner and Support operations relationships and escalations to drive faster resolution and improve outcomes + Align 3rd Party Strategy objectives to support Consumer Benefit Solutions financial goals. + Work closely with Business Leaders to execute on the product roadmap. + Be a Change-Champion across the business. Drive excitement on new 3rd party product solutions. You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Qualifications + Minimum of 8 plus years prior experience with a Benefit Enrollment, Technology or Communications firm. + Strong understanding of Product Delivery Best Practices and Execution + Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills + Strong people manager skills across direct and indirect matrixed reporting lines + Able to communicate effectively with highly technical and creative teams + Experience in Health Insurance Industry + Superior communication and presentation skills. + Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills + Able to navigate escalations and difficult situations independently + Excellent verbal and written communication + Computer literate with Windows knowledge. + Must have ability to travel when required. Pay Transparency Laws: Salary range or hourly pay range for the position The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $130K to $150K annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. Whether it is bonus /commission eligible This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
