Senior Director, Strategic Partnership

Job Description

Tricentis is experiencing accelerated growth, and we are enhancing our Alliances team to help us scale. The Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships is an important role in helping to lead Tricentis’ interactions with the largest cloud providers, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services. This person will be a dynamic leader who has experience in playing a leading role with both strategic partnerships and sales executives. Tricentis is looking for a person who can grow with the company as we continue to expand.

As the Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for the following:

•Work with Tricentis’ executives and key stakeholders to define and execute our partner strategy with Azure, GCP and AWS.
•Define and implement sales plays between the Tricentis and Azure/GCP/AWS field teams to drive increased co-sell opportunities
•Provide input to Tricentis Marketing to define and implement joint marketing programs with Azure/GCP/AWS
•Build business plans collaboratively with Tricentis field sales staff and work with cross-functional teams internally (Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, etc.) to achieve those objectives
•Accountability for sourcing partner leads and working with the global field to drive increased software bookings through a co-sell with Azure/GCP/AWS reps
•Maintain an accurate pipeline of all Azure/GCP/AWS opportunities within Salesforce CRM
•Translate feedback from partner channel to the product and services team

Qualifications
•Minimum 9 years of relevant strategic partnership management/business development experience
•Proven success in developing and managing strategic partnerships
•Prior background in software and SaaS
•Experience with cloud computing and cloud providers, preferably with Azure/GCP/AWS
•Ability to create and cultivate relationships with strategic decision makers
•Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills and a high degree of comfort with large and small audiences
•Self-motivated, resourceful, creative, adaptable, unquestionable ethics and integrity and a readiness to take calculated risk
•Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
