Senior Director, Pricing and Commercial Operations
Clean Harbors is looking for a **Senior** **Director, Pricing and Commercial Operations** to join our safety conscious team! This dynamic role reporting to the Senior Vice President, Industrial Services – Pricing Strategy, will lead the IS Master Data Management team and ensures the accuracy of cost, SRP, and pricing attributes in ISP. The Senior Director will also oversee compliance with contribution margin and EBITBA guidelines in deals/bids per the IS Pricing Approval Matrix. This individual will develop go-to-market strategies to expand margins and drive revenue growth in addition to collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to maintain profit models and customer rebate calculations. **Position must be located in either Norwell, MA or Deer Park, TX. Collaborate with MIS to find better ways to structure, record, and leverage data. + Conduct the annual cost and SRP review and recommend price increases to improve margins. (Triggering events). + Maintain the quarterly cost of all chemical component codes. + Lead the management of winfolets, including component code master, package catalog, job type template catalog, generic bundle, and associated pricing. Ensure ongoing maintenance of these ancillary objects. + Utilize the GCC to support daily master data management tasks. + Collaborate with Sales, Operations and PIT team as part of the IS Deal Team to complete profit models/pro forma, including all labor rate build-ups. + Maintain the IS profit models across all IS Lines of Business (LOBs). + Manage all calculations related to customer rebates. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and the PIT team to ensure timely payments and verify that all related terms and conditions are met for customer rebate qualification. + Support HPC’s response to customer rebates and labor audits. + Occasional trip to meet with customers. + Other duties as assigned. + Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business or related required. Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. + 10-15 years of relevant experience. + Industry experience. + Ability to understand an issue and address/resolve strategically. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. + Extremely organized and attention to detail. + Strong presentation skills. + Ability to travel 20%. **Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer.
