Senior Director, PMO (Technical Delivery & Engineering)
**QUALIFICATIONS:** + Bachelor’s Degree Required. + A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. + A minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in a related field. + 10+ years of program management/business development/operations management experience. + 5+ years of organizational leadership experience. + Experience managing global engagements and teams. + Thorough understanding of financial processes - P&L and financial management. + Thorough understanding of the contract process; ability to manage contract modifications, and take the lead of negotiations surrounding contract scope, cost, and schedule. + Ability to lead large global team to achieve clearly identified objectives. + Ability to develop energized, engaged PMO focused on execution and customer delight. + Strong customer service orientation with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Strategic thinker with the ability to take a broad view of the business, industry, and environment to anticipate and plan for future. + Proven experience embracing and initiating change. + Can distinguish what to preserve and what to change. + Has the courage to initiate and lead the changes that drive success. + Strong leadership skills with ability to develop talent, identify and cultivate essential skills and attributes to maximize individual contribution and engagement. + Able to build collaborative relationships across functions based on trust and respect. + Promotes the inclusion of diverse knowledge, skills, and experiences to achieve results. + Proactively seeks out information and clarity needed to enable strong decision making for the business. + Thorough understanding of financial processes - P&L and financial management. + In-depth understanding of core deployment methodologies. + Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and The Projects in Controlled Environments certification (PRINCE2) preferred. + 10 – 15% Domestic and International Travel. **Want to learn more?
