JOB DESCRIPTION - ADP Senior Director - HR Outsourcing (HRO) Practice Leader
Reporting to the VP Business Innovation, Transformation and Shared Services, this role will play a significant role externally positioning ADP as a leading provider of HR outsourcing solutions and engaging with industry influencers as well as prospective and existing clients. Internally, this role will be the single voice of HRO across ADP, collaborating with Segment GMs, Sales, marketing, Product, HRO Operations and other key stakeholders. You will be accountable for the ADP’s HR Outsourcing business by enabling and executing on the HRO strategic vision. You will leverage your visionary mindset and ability to Think Big to help HRO Business push the envelope and achieve its big goals. Finally, you will leverage your execution and process mindset and work with your business partners to lead the execution of the strategic initiatives and define and operationalize a Value Realization Plan.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Leadership
Drive strategy enablement for the HR Outsourcing Business by partnering with the HRO Leadership, Business Stakeholders, Sales & Marketing to develop the Canada Go To Market plan that drives revenue growth and sales outcomes. Designing and execution of key HRO initiatives to increase the market share for strategic business initiatives Support the development and implementation of the Strategic Planning Process as needed. Support initiatives and programs throughout the lifecycle by providing hands on support in the development of new ideas at project initiation. Support strategy projects when driven by external parties Enable Annual Growth focused business transformation plans and working closely with internal and external stakeholders In collaboration with the business, shape product and service offering Working with sales, operations and product leadership, lead the Customer Success Journey Design based in Market and Industry Verticals

Help shape ADP Canada’s HR product and service offerings to ensure we are meeting ongoing needs of our prospects and clients
HR Outsourcing Thought Leadership
Influences ADP HR Outsourcing strategy to address internal, external business and regulatory considerations, industry and customer trends, impacting the business. Be the face for HRO externally and internally As a Human Capital Management / HR Services thought leader, this individual with guide, influence and shape the HRO Field through actionable insights and a catalyst for innovation to drive growth in this space Distill competitive intelligence and other external research to ensure alignment of strategy with industry trends and consumer needs. Collaborate with US counterparts to develop and deliver informed growth opportunities. Act as a change agent to build awareness and vision
Business Development
In partnership with sales sources, initiates and develops relationships with potential and current clients to build and manage the HRO business development pipeline Positions the HRO value proposition to business leaders, qualifying opportunities, and selling the value of ADP’s managed HRO solution. Ownership of existing and new HRO partnerships and distribution channels and growth within the HRO offering and product Serves as a resource to sales leaders in working with prospects and existing clients during the sales, implementation and service processes. Maintaining an effective working relationship with the Sales Organization to accelerate sales, drive revenue growth and ensure compliance.
Large Deal Management
Partner on ADP’s Large/Complex Deals Teams helping to define and execute on our deal construction and execution strategy. Play a role in prospecting, establishing the relationship and facilitating deal closure.
HRO Team Leadership
Senior leader of a team of human resource outsourcing professionals that provide operational and programmatic support to clients of these services. In doing so, you will also be responsible for delivering Stellar Service and client satisfaction (as measured by Net Promoter Score and client retention. Builds and leads a team of associates all collaborating and working together, setting and managing objectives to execute on strategies to deliver business results. Develops leaders within the organization by providing developmental assignments, coaching, timely feedback, and guidance. Rewards results and behaviours that support the mission, vision, and values of ADP. Develops success and drives ADP Employee Value Proposition throughout the organization.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree/MBA PreferredExperience:
10-15 years of experience of progressive leadership experience in the Human Capital Management industry or similar, with commercial accountabilities Experience as an HR thought leader to the external marketplace preferred A track record of coaching a high-performing, collaborative team in a client centric driven environment, with proven ability to lead a large, geographically dispersed team. Experience in a US or international subsidiary environment preferred Strong domain expertise in HR; authored articles, speaking and/or moderating experience at industry trade conferences preferred Product/System implementation experience preferred Bilingual – French/English preferredPersonal Attributes:
