As a key member of the NVIDIA Partner Network Team for NVIDIA's Enterprise business units, we are looking for a Senior Director for Global System Integrators (GSI) who will lead a team of Client Directors to manage Deloitte, EY, and McKinsey.

What you'll be doing:

Lead the business relationship with Deloitte, EY, McKinsey and help them evolve into extraordinary partners for providing AI enabled Services.

Work with the executive leadership at the GSIs to ensure that a clear strategy is defined to help them provide AI enabled Services.

Devise Quarterly Business Plans with the executive leadership to improve their abilities on GPU accelerated computing.

Establish a team to help drive top line initiatives across the various business partners.

Define Business goals, track and report progress and work on joint GTM plans for all the GSIs.

What we need to see:

20+ overall years of demonstrated ability in a sophisticated Sales or Partner leadership environment, with a strong technology and eye for business.

8+ years of running large GSIs globally.

High energy with effective communication and written skills.

Experience and flair in addressing senior leaders and large audience.

Proactive, creative, flexible and uses good judgment to accomplish tasks on schedule with minimal direction and supervision.

Familiarity with modern computing techniques and the ability to scale up technical knowledge to serve the needs of demanding technology companies.

Self-starter, self-confident individual with integrity and accountability, highly motivated, driven, daring, and attracted to a substantial opportunity.

Ability to connect with all team members successfully and effectively at any level.

Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Passion for winning, a solid interest in business strategy, and excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of internal team members.

Validated ability to work in a fast-paced environment where strong organizational skills are critical.

Graphics, AI/deep learning, high performance computing, cloud datacenter, and/or edge computing development/deployment experience desirable.

Comfortable defining and implementing complex program schedules with intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, key and critical landmarks, and deliverables.

Consistent track record of handling multiple customers and customer programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.

The cash compensation range is 320,000 USD - 488,750 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
