The Senior Director, Digital Experience Strategist is a visionary leader responsible for driving the development and execution of a holistic digital experience strategy that enhances customer engagement, fosters brand loyalty, and drives business growth. This role will oversee a cross-functional team of designers, content creators, data analysts, and UX/UI specialists to create seamless and impactful digital experiences across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital trends, user behavior, and emerging technologies. You will lead a team of digital experience strategists, designers, and researchers, and collaborate with other senior leaders, account managers, and technical experts to deliver innovative and impactful digital solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Leadership-
Lead the digital experience strategy team and provide direction, guidance, and mentorship to the team members.
Lead the transformation of the company’s digital presence, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience across web, mobile, and emerging platforms. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital experience strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and customers needs.
Collaborate with cross functional executive leadership to integrate digital experience initiatives into the broader business strategy across the BU’s.
Work closely with the creative and technical teams to translate the digital experience strategy into engaging and effective digital products and services
Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate digital strategies, goals, and performance metrics to key stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, and external partners.
Act as a thought leader within the organization, championing the importance of a strong digital experience strategy
Customer-Centric Design
Advocate for a customer-first approach, ensuring all digital experiences are intuitive, accessible, and tailored to meet the evolving needs of the target audience.
Conduct and oversee user research, data analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking to identify insights, opportunities, and best practices
Create and present strategic deliverables, such as personas, journey maps, value propositions, service blueprints, and roadmaps
Data- Driven Insights:

Utilize customer insights and performance metrics to continuously refine and enhance the digital strategy
Technology & Innovation:

Lead the exploration and adoption of new tools, platforms, and practices that can improve the digital ecosystem.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or higher in digital strategy, user experience design, service design, or related fields
At least 10 years of experience in digital strategy, user experience design, service design, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of leading and delivering successful digital experience projects for large and complex clients across various industries and sectors
Strong knowledge and skills in user research, data analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking methods and tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, and the ability to communicate complex and abstract concepts in a clear and compelling way
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to balance creativity and pragmatism
Highly collaborative, adaptable, and client-oriented, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $183,650 - $275,450 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
