As the Senior Director of Customer Learning at Autodesk, you will lead Autodesk's global customer learning strategy across all product lines. You will ensure that Autodesk customers are fully equipped to maximize the value of Autodesk software and adopt emerging technologies through delivering innovative and comprehensive learning programs. You will oversee the development and execution of world-class training initiatives, blending in-person, virtual, and self-paced learning experiences to meet diverse customer needs.
Responsibilities
Build upon and execute a global customer learning strategy aligned with Autodesk’s business goals, leveraging education to drive adoption, retention, and growth
Lead the design, development, and execution of scalable learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of Autodesk’s global customer base
Deliver a world class learner experience, including learners' journey, programs, and offerings, LMS/LXP systems, processes and policies, and digital touchpoints
Establish, monitor, and achieve key financial and non-financial performance metrics for customer learning to ensure programs are reaching goals and achieving positive ROI
Provide strategic leadership and guidance to high-performing teams of Program Managers, Content Developers, and Instructional Designers, while managing and directing work through Directors and Senior Managers
Minimum Qualifications
Strong proficiency in developing omni-channel customer learning strategies and direct responsibility for running them across owned and 3rd party (i.e. YouTube) digital properties with a focus on scaling customer learning and adoption
Proven ability to hire, lead, and inspire multiple high-performing teams with the ability to drive team performance to achieve ambitious goals
Proven experience in evaluating, implementing and maintaining the technology that delivers customer learning programs, including but not limited to LMS, LXP, and in-house platforms
Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design, and how these relate to driving successful business strategies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly skilled at thinking strategically and acting operationally
Proficient at working with a variety of learning technologies and platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Passion for customer success and continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications
12+ years of experience in customer learning, training, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Implement Learning Technologies: Proficiency in evaluating, selecting, and implementing learning management systems, learning experience platforms, and other technology platforms that deliver customer learning programs
Analyze Learning Programs: Proficient in setting up metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and making data-informed decisions to improve program outcomes
Manage Teams: Advanced leadership skills and ability to manage and inspire a high performing Customer Learning team. Skilled in hiring, developing, and retaining top talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Setting the Strategic Vision: You will strategically set long-and short-term goals for the organization
Decision Making: You will select the best choice among available alternatives
Building Talent: You will create development opportunities to build internal talent
Business Impact: You will demonstrate strong commercial acumen by aligning investments to impact areas for Autodesk customers

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $185,000 and $299,310. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Sales Careers
