The Senior Director, Category Sales will oversee the North America PS Category Commercial Team, driving marketing, operations, and financial strategies to achieve market growth, revenue, and operating profit goals. This leader will develop and execute short- and mid-term business plans, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a commercial go-to-market (GTM) strategy, leveraging analytics and business insights
Own and drive P&L performance, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
Foster cross-functional collaboration across Leadership organizations, driving a unified approach to business goals.
Lead a high-performing team of 50+ members, including Directors, Digital Transformation (DT) leaders, and Senior Managers.
Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, fostering partnerships that drive category success.
Manage day-to-day operations while executing transformational initiatives to drive innovation and change.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Deep understanding of business strategy, analytics, and category management.
Experience developing and executing market growth strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Can balance day-to-day operations with long-term strategic initiatives.

Education and Experience
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 15+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field.
Proven ability to drive transformation and inspire teams toward a common goal.
Strong background in sales, marketing, and operations within a large organization.
The base pay range for this role is $268,350 to $429,350 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
