The Opportunity

The Senior Director, Alliances will successfully lead growth in for our nursing and allied health recruitment marketing business. Building upon early successes in our nursing and allied health job board, you will lead a mission critical expansion of our business. As the senior leader responsible for this initiative, you will create and execute a go-to-market strategy that meets an intense client need felt by health systems and providers across the country. Furthermore, you will leverage your knowledge, expertise, and network in performance-based recruitment marketing to maximize revenue. The Senior Director, Alliances will collaborate effectively across department to scale our operations and maximize market share. Working with sales, marketing, product, and partnerships, you will lead an online job board business that offers a best-in-class user and client experience. We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to drive growth, strategy, and cement our position as the preferred job board in the space. You will serve on the leadership team of Health eCareers, helping to shape overall business strategy, culture, and contribute directly to our overall success. In addition, you will represent the perspective of healthcare talent acquisition professionals and agencies throughout the organization powered by a deep understanding of their needs, market trends, and competitive activity. 

As you help the business scale, the Senior Director, Alliances will work with the Managing Director to create and execute a business plan for growth. Given the desired journey from emerging business to dominant player, we are looking for a leader who is equally as comfortable rolling up their sleeves when necessary and leading and coach teams as the business matures. The candidate will also work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to execute strategic priorities. As such, the ideal candidate will be comfortable working with individual contributors up to senior leadership.  

 

Responsibilities:

Shared owner of our nursing and allied health revenue goals, collaborating closely with SVP, Sales and VP, MarketingCultivate and manage relationships with advertising agencies, employers, programmatic platforms, and human resources technology (HR Tech) companies that will accelerate growthNegotiate client and partnership agreements designed for mutual benefit, which will result in growth for Health eCareersCreate, execute, and iterate the Nursing and Allied Health go-to-market strategy, collaborating with sales and b2b marketing, and maximizing growthDevelop and capitalize upon strong relationships with agencies and employers to gather feedback and rapidly respond to market trendsLiaise between clients (employers and agencies) and marketing and product to ensure we are profitably driving positive return on investment for recruiters and customer retentionIdentify opportunities for new initiatives, product offerings, and marketing activities to drive increased Nursing and Allied Health traffic and revenueCollaborate with our association partnerships team to identify strategic nursing and allied health relationships that will drive growth and further our missionServe on the leadership team, representing our healthcare talent acquisition and advertising agency clients and collaborating with other departments on critical initiativesMaintain and expand our position as a thought leader in healthcare recruitment advertising 

Requirements:

10+ years relevant work experience in job boards and recruitment marketing, either in sales, alliances, or partnerships. Recruitment marketing experience required. Compensation for this business unit specific role is based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, as well as business & company performance.
