**Date Posted:** 2025-03-21 **Country:** Philippines **Location:** Lot 18 3rd Street, First Philippine Industrial Park, Tanauan City, Batangas, Philippines **Position Role Type:** Unspecified **Primary Responsibilities:** + Manage Digital Technology (DT) compliance, cost, and delivery of DT systems/services/projects in Philippines while ensuring alignment with RTX/Collins Digital strategic plans as well as allocated sites’ strategic plans + Manage vendors, contracts and internal customer relationships to ensure business application and infrastructure needs are effectively supported + Ensure proper functioning of information systems and timely resolution of issues to meet service level agreement. + Oversee the planning, installation and maintenance of local systems and components. + Assist with the scoping and implementation of application and infrastructure solutions while ensuring that they are supportable, aligned with RTX/Collins Digital strategic road maps, and not reliant on single point support + Ensure DT Infrastructure and Applications controls are in compliance with DT policies and SOX requirements + Own and manage DT issues and solutions to completion + Drive the continuous improvement of DT systems/services with the use of CORE tools + Collaborate effectively with Enterprise DT Organization to leverage DT applications and resources to effectively support and deliver solutions + Manage and support local entities’ DT projects to ensure the business requirements and milestones are met with alignment to RTX/Collins strategic plans + Assists/backup the duties of reporting manager where required **Qualifications** : + A Bachelor's degree with advanced knowledge in people management, project management and service delivery + At least 10 years of relevant experience in driving team performance and ensuring delivery of business requirements Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
