We are seeking a **Senior DevOps Engineer** **/** **Site Reliability Engineer** with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team. **Responsibilities** + Ensure the availability, latency, and overall reliability of production systems + Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure. + Collaborate with software engineering teams to automate manual operations and improve system reliability. + Develop monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools to ensure system health and performance. + Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. + Implement Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) practices to improve the software release cycle. + Participate in on-call rotations to respond to production incidents. + Improve system performance through capacity planning and resource management. + Automate system maintenance tasks to increase efficiency. + Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and propose improvements to our systems and processes. **Qualifications** + Must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as **DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer** + Must have knowledge on Open shift, Kubernetes, private cloud, network. + Must be able to work independently and as part of a team + Must have a strong understanding of cloud security and compliance + Must be proficient in English Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
