You will provide second/third level day-to-day operation support, and help investigate and resolve incidents, which were not resolved in lower support levels
Provide hands on expertise on development following our code standards. Participate in daily activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure adherence to projects lifecycle. Offer backline technical support for business applications, prepare technical reports, and plan implementations with minimal disruption.
Investigate problems, liaise with staff on system enhancements, and support build projects through their lifecycle. Continuously improve service efficiency. A degree in IT or Management is preferred but not essential. Exhibit a positive attitude, teamwork, and cultural sensitivity.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and maintain customer focus.

As a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer having a very good knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script will also be an integral part of this role.
You are a ServiceNow aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of ServiceNow CSM, and ITSM. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly required.
