Role:
Act as subject-matter expert regarding DevSecOps related areas, tools and processes both in Azure cloud. Develop Azure cloud-based and internal tools and processes to maintain stability and performance of our infrastructure. Build, maintain, and troubleshoot several internal applications and respond to and resolve production issues. Gather, analyze, and report system monitoring. Deploy, maintain, and manage Azure cloud-based production systems ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Build and scale web-based tools and solutions tailored for business needs. Conduct security reviews and implement improvements to meet compliance and governance standards. Operate effectively in an Agile environment, collaborating cross-functionally with development and operations teams. Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for reliable delivery of applications and services. Leverage container orchestration frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes) to manage deployment workflows. Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving.The Requirements:
8+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles.Strong experience with Azure infrastructure, tools, and services.3+ years of experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Bicep, ARM, etc.Proficient in source code management tools: GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Bitbucket.Hands-on experience with container-based infrastructure and production deployments.Proficient in monitoring and logging tools such as New Relic, Prometheus, Splunk, AppInsights.Strong programming/scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar.Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, etc.Frontend/backend development experience is a plus (React, Angular, C#, Java, .NET).In-depth understanding of cloud security, application security, SAST, and DAST practices.Experience with incident response, troubleshooting, and participating in on-call rotations.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and zero-defect mentality. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or assistance.Strong problem-solving skills: innovation, collaboration, analysis, inductive reasoning.Good understanding of technology and its application to any business process
