JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform complex research and design to software development project. Provide input to project plans, scheduling and methodology with a cross-functional software development. Ensure continuous integration and delivery of complex software products in the cloud space. Design and implement modular resilient CI/CD pipelines covering different resources within the cloud ensuring full stack provisioning onto cloud resources to containerized systems. Create and support pipelines as code and provide improvements meeting the project milestones. Ensure infrastructure-as-code (IaC), security, compliance, and monitoring standards are implemented across all projects. Create observability as part of pipelines (dashboarding and monitoring). Lead code reviews and complete bug fixes. Support teams moving into the Cloud with a standardized CICD pipeline. Provide and update documentation across the team’s development. Solve technical issues through debugging and solving complex problems. Keep up to date with the latest technologies and carry out knowledge shares and demos and bring new ideas and innovations to the table. Perform other duties as needed.REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field required.2 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required.Also required is: 2 years of experience: in cloud environment management, working with major cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, focusing on system deployments and management; using Docker and Kubernetes to manage containerized applications; designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines to support agile and continuous delivery methodologies; utilizing programming and scripting languages including Python, Golang, or Bash, Shell, or PowerShell to automate and develop tasks; and with configuration management tools including Ansible, Chef, or Puppet, applying automation to manage configurations across diverse environments.Employee reports to LexisNexis USA office in Raleigh, NC, but may telecommute from any location within the U.S.Experience can be concurrent.#LI-DNI
