MMA offers a variety of technology solutions to help our clients mitigate and manage risk. Senior Developer will be responsible creating a quality application to solve complex business problems.  This position requires mentorship of junior development staff and performing code reviews. 

Job Responsibilities:

Write advanced programming code for both front-end and back-end projectsEnhance the security in our backend environment in conjunction with automated scansMaintain, modify, and scale our AWS environment in conjunction with the external security team.Analyze the behavior of our applications to find and fix bugs.Analyze performance of our applications and determine efficienciesCollaborate with other developers during working sessionsProvide mentoring and best coding practices to other staffPerform code reviewsEffectively communicate with other functions to develop outstanding products and services for our end customers.

Requirements:

8 years’ experience in all aspects of software developmentCS in Computer Science or equivalent education and experienceExcellent knowledge and experience with the .NET frameworkExcellent knowledge of front-end web JavaScript frameworks such as React and ReactExcellent knowledge of back-end programming languages such as C#Experience creating and maintaining databasesExperience with MS-SQL, PostgreSQL and MySQL databases a plusGood interpersonal skills
