Position: Senior Desktop Support Technician

Location: Indianapolis, IN

 

We are looking for a team oriented and technically gifted problem solver to become the next integral member of our Information Technology team. This person will lead our skilled team of Desktop Support Technicians in a fast-paced environment. This person should be a self-starter, solutions oriented, and a high level of integrity. 

Responsibilities Lead a team of Desktop Support Technicians in a fast-paced environmentManage day-to-day operations of the Desktop Support team, including assigning and prioritizing tasks, monitoring team performance, and coaching team membersPerform in-depth troubleshooting and problem resolution, including root cause analysis, to identify and resolve complex technical issuesContinuously identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance team performance and customer satisfactionProvide technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devise in a Windows environment Qualifications 5+ years of experience in desktop support or related field and 2+ years of experience in a team lead roleExperience with network and infrastructure supportStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems and applicationsStrong problem solving and analytical skills, including experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysisExcellent customer service and communication skillsBachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
