Job Summary Job Title: Senior Designer FLSA Status: Salaried Reports To: Creative Manager The Senior Designer translates translate our brand strategy into compelling, guest-centric creative assets across all relevant digital, print and in-store channels. Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Translates the brand strategy needs into compelling creative across all internal needs. + Helps develop Designers and Graphic Artists.  + Collaborates internally with the marketing department as well as cross-functionally to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across all relevant platforms.  + Communicates and troubleshoots with external vendors.  + Submits creative deliverables within the agreed upon deadline and budget. + Creatively seeks out new products and seeks innovative industry knowledge.   + Works collaboratively when needed with agency partners.  + Other duties as assigned.  QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duties satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. + Four-year related degree and a minimum of 5 years design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.   + Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad conceptual thinker.  + Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.   + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.   + Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.   + Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.   + Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. WORK SCHEDULE The Senior Designer is a salaried, full-time position.
