Job Summary Job Title: Senior Designer FLSA Status: Salaried Reports To: Creative Manager The Senior Designer translates translate our brand strategy into compelling, guest-centric creative assets across all relevant digital, print and in-store channels. Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Translates the brand strategy needs into compelling creative across all internal needs. + Helps develop Designers and Graphic Artists.  + Collaborates internally with the marketing department as well as cross-functionally to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across all relevant platforms.  + Communicates and troubleshoots with external vendors.  + Submits creative deliverables within the agreed upon deadline and budget. + Creatively seeks out new products and seeks innovative industry knowledge.   + Works collaboratively when needed with agency partners.  + Other duties as assigned.  QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duties satisfactorily.
